The British International School at Rosinka serves the multi cultural community living on this impressive residential complex: at the moment we have 33 nationalities attending our school.
Our school programme is presented in a nurturing and supportive environment and is designed to promote a sense of identity and belonging as well as instill in our children a life-long enthusiasm for learning.
Throughout their schooling children are assessed by their teachers. Regular assessments are vital for the planned work to be appropriate and meaningful and to ensure each child's progress is monitored effectively. We hold regular "Open Days" when parents are able to see the school in action and work alongside their children.
These, together with Parent/Teacher consultations and detailed Annual Reports ensure that parents are kept well informed regarding their child's progress. We have close links with the neighbouring Sports' Centre and our Key Stage 1 and 2 children are able to use their facilities on a regular basis. Our children are able to walk to school and we benefit from close links with our parents, many helping with a range of activities on a regular basis.
We have a vibrant Friends of Rosinka School Association which gives our school an added dimension and is responsible for fund raising events and arranging social occasions for children and parents, including a Summer Faire, Film nights and other fun occasions.
Prospective parents are welcome to contact our school to obtain an Information Pack or arrange a visit to the school by contacting the administrator.
